REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees include attendance to the congress, proceedings, all lunches and coffee breaks at the congress venue and the typical dinner (***):

(*) A document confirming your student position must be sent by fax together with the registration form.

(**) Reduced fees will be considered, under request, for participants from developing countries.

(***) Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation. For more details see Hotel Accommodation.

(****) Accompany persons fee does not include proceedings.

(*****) Non-members fees include also SIGEF membership for one year.

  • Extra social events are not included in the registration fees.

  • No refunds will be made, irrespective of cancellation reason.
