A limited number of rooms have been reserved at several hotels of the The Orangers Group (conference hotels) within easy walking distance of the meeting venues for participants. The hotel managers retain the right to release unbooked rooms over the next few months if demand is below expectation.

Participants are asked to make accommodation arrangements direct with the hotels, including the payment of any deposits. Please book your room as early as possible.
