SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All approved papers presented at the Congress will be included in the proceedings. As the Congress is a multi-disciplinary meeting, the presentations are required to be comprehensible to a wider rather than to a very specialized audience.

All submissions must follow the following requirements:

•     Microsoft Word or Tex format

•     A4 paper format

•     Single-column documents

•     Top margin = 4 cm, bottom margin = 3 cm, left margin = 2.5 cm and right margin 2 cm

•     Interline space = 1.5

•    11 point type in Times Roman

Each submission should include a separate title page listing:

• Title of paper

• Author

• Organisation affiliate

• Complete address

• Telephone, fax number(s) and e-mail.

The main body of the paper, or extended abstract, should include the title, but not the name(s) of the author(s). Papers should be no longer than 20 pages including all references, tables, figures and other materials, but not including the title page. Extended abstract must be at most 3 pages length.

Please note that:

• The enrolment of at least one of the authors is essential in order to accept and publish the paper in the proceedings of the Congress.

• At least one paper’s author must attend the conference if the submission is approved.

• Conference registration fee must accompany submission of the final paper, so at least one of the paper's authors must be registered before September 20th.
